From 2015 onward IBPS CWE for PO and of course for Clerk is going to be in two phase. On the basis of the performance in IBPS PO Preliminary exam, candidates will be shortlisted for IBPS PO Main exam. And then marks obtained in IBPS PO Mains exam will be considered for shortlisting for Personal Interview.
