Every year The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts IBPS PO Exam for selection of Probationary Officer across various banks. As we know Banking sector is growing faster so Lakhs of aspirants who want to make their career in banking sector appeared over the last years. From this year the IBPS PO exam pattern has been changed. Now the exam will be in three phase –
- All candidates who successfully register themselves will be called for Prelims Exam.
- Candidates who qualify the Prelims Exam will be called for Mains Exam.
- Students will be called for Personal Interview based on the marks obtained in the Mains Exam.
